1) If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payments for completed and accepted works upon completion of all Works and achievement of the result of the Works are made by the Customer within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Certificate of Acceptance of Completed Works signed and sent by the Contractor (Form No.KS-2) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor. Invoice
exhibited by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of clause 3 of article 168 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment of the Contractual Price (of Works performed) is made by the Customer:
a) for actually performed work upon the completion of all Works under the contract and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer The result of the work with a delay of at least 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the Works performed, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents :
ü the acceptance certificate of the work performed (form No. KS-2), signed by the Parties;
ü certificates on the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties;
ü an invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of clause 3 of article 168 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
