Terms of payment:
1) If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment is made in the following order: settlements for completed and accepted Works upon completion of all Works under the Agreement and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of the Result of the Works, within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer signed and sent by the Contractor of the Acceptance Certificate of the Works performed (form KS-2 ) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor. The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to
the Contractor's current account specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of payment that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payments for completed and accepted Works upon the completion of all work under the Agreement and the Contractor transferring the Work Result to the Customer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of Delivery - Acceptance of Works, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
ü accounts;
ü invoices;
ü the acceptance certificate of the work performed (form No. KS-2), signed by the Parties;
ü certificates on the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties;
ü executive documentation upon the completion of all work (including the register of executive documentation).
but in any case, not earlier than the terms stipulated by the Schedule of performance and payment for work (Appendix No. 3 to the Agreement).
