Payment for the Products/Batch shall be made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 (thirty) and not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (date of signature by the Parties TRADE-12/UPD) provided that the Buyer provides the Buyer with a complete set of documents for payment of the Products/Batch of Production:
- of the original invoice (form TRADE-12) /UPA) for Products signed by the Parties — 2 copies ;
- original invoice/UPD - 1 copy
Payments under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account and may take a different form of settlement that is not contrary to the laws of the Russian Federation.
