Payment terms:advance not foreseen; payment accepted work is done by the customer within 45 calendar days from the day of signing by the parties of the Act of acceptance of work performed under the form of COP 2 and references about the value of work performed and costs of COP-3 form and the provision of Contractor invoices copies of documents and travel expense calculation, designed in accordance with the requirements of the tax laws, but no earlier than 5 days from the moment of the proper performance of the terms of the contract by the contractor in providing the insurance contract and the provision of financial collateral provided for in the Treaty (the term is from the most recent date for any of the above events) (unless otherwise stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation).
