PJSC "BANK URALSIB" announces an Open request for proposals for the selection of a supplier of terminal equipment and software for a period of 24 months from February 17, 2023.

1. The Company must necessarily comply with all the requirements specified in paragraph 1.5-1.6 of the Bank's Notice (attached).

2. Commercial offers must be made in Russian, in accordance with the requirements listed in the Notice, Appendix 1 to the Notice, must be sent electronically as part of the relevant request on the electronic trading platform b2b-center.ru .

3. Technical requirements for registration of documents by the Participant (acceptable formats):
- All documents are provided in scanned form with signature and printed in PDF.
- Forms No. 3, No. 7, The questionnaire, in addition to the scanned version, must be provided in Excel format (editable).

4. Proposals will be accepted on "28" February 2023 inclusive until 15 o'clock Moscow time.

6. This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.

Победителем настоящего запроса предложений признана компания ООО «Инпас Компани» на условиях коммерческого предложения от 01.03.2023г., альтернативным поставщиком признана компания ООО «КМ Альянс» на условиях коммерческого предложения от 20.03.2023г.
