2) Questions about the Terms of Reference adopted by form
"Clarification" on ETP B2B-Center.

3) On the conduct of the inquiry procedure, refer to the Savinova Dilyara 8 (495) 785-12-12 (dob.054-4911).

4) Specifications for registration forms and tables to Notice (acceptable formats):
- Form №3 sure to Excel (editable) and a scanned version of the signed and stamped to PDF;
- Forms №1, №2 and №4 necessarily scanned version with signature and stamp to PDF.

5) To request for proposals are permitted companies that provided applications filed on the composition of documents and information in accordance with the requirements of clause 2.1 "Announcement of the request" (included in the procurement documentation).

6) The customer (Bank) reserves the right to reject all proposals of the participants without explanation.

This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not governed by Articles 447 - 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
