Для Лотов № 1,3:
- Оплата выполненных работ первого этапа осуществляется на основании акта сдачи-приемки выполненных проектных работ и счета-фактуры, в течение 15 (пятнадцати) календарных дней с момента подписания указанных документов.
- Оплата выполненных работ второго этапа осуществляется на основании акта приемки выполненных работ (форма № КС-2), справки о стоимости выполненных работ (форма № КС-3), акта результатов работ и счета-фактуры, в течение 15 (тридцати) календарных дней с момента подписания указанных документов. Расчеты производятся путем перечисления безналичных денежных средств на банковские реквизиты Подрядчика.
Для Лотов № 2, 4:
- Оплата выполненных работ первого этапа осуществляется на основании акта сдачи-приемки выполненных проектных работ и счета-фактуры, в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с момента подписания указанных документов.
- Оплата выполненных работ второго этапа осуществляется на основании акта приемки выполненных работ (форма № КС-2), справки о стоимости выполненных работ (форма № КС-3), акта результатов работ и счета-фактуры, в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с момента подписания указанных документов. Место выполнения работ: объекты филиала ОАО "Янтарьэнерго" "Западные электрические сети".
Срок разработки рабочей документации и выполнения строительно-монтажных работ – не более 6 (шести) месяцев.
