4) Technical requirements for the design of Forms and Tables for the Notice (acceptable formats):
- Form No. 3 is mandatory in Excel (with the ability to edit) and a scanned version with signature and print in PDF;
- Forms No. 1, No. 2 and No. 4, No. 5, No. 6 are necessarily scanned versions with signature and print in PDF.
5) To the request for proposals are allowed companies that have submitted applications drawn up according to the composition of documents and information in accordance with the requirements of clause 2.1 of the "Notification of the request" (attached to the procurement documentation).
6) The customer (Bank) reserves the right to reject all offers of participants without explanation.
This procedure is not a competition, its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447–449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
