Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Good afternoon!
PJSC BANK URALSIB announces the start of an open request for proposals on the selection of a supplier of Nautilus 8600S ATMs for the following Lots:
- Lot No. 1 Nautilus 8600S ATM with a 19-inch screen, with a software package, warranty service for equipment and software.
- Lot No. 2 Nautilus 8600S ATM with a 27-inch screen, with a software package, warranty service for equipment and software.

1. The Company must comply with all the requirements specified in clauses 1.4-1.5. Bid Notices of the Bank (attached).

2. Commercial offers must be executed in Russian, in accordance with the requirements listed in the Bid Notice and Appendices must be sent electronically as part of a corresponding request on the electronic trading platform b2b-center.ru .

3. Technical requirements for the design of Forms for the Bid Notice (acceptable formats):
- A table of technical and cost characteristics (Form No. 3) must be in Excel (editable) and a scanned version signed and printed in PDF;
- Forms №1, №2, №4, №5, №6 be sure to have scanned versions signed and printed in PDF.
- Form No. 5 is accepted only with a note of the Bidder's consent/objection (see the form).
4. Companies that have submitted bids, drawn up according to the composition of documents and information in accordance with the requirements of clause 2 of the "Bid Notice on the request for Proposals", are allowed to request proposals.

5. Questions on Call for Bidding are accepted through the "Explanation" form on the E-Marketplaces "B2B-Center".
6. Proposals will be accepted until March 18, 2024, inclusive, until 15:00 Moscow time.

8. This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
