PJSC "BANK URALSIB" announces to 4 December 2019 Open RFP to select a supplier for technical support of hardware and software of an existing Contact Center from 01/02/2020 on 31.01.2021g.
The company should be required to comply with all the requirements specified in section 1.4 Notices Bank (attached).
Please note that the original request participating companies must submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) no later than December 6 to 13 hours MSK. It is mandatory to be filled with all applications, including Appendix №2 with the signatures of the employees. NDA must be signed by the head of the company and be printed.
If your company already has a presence in a signed agreement with the Bank of the NDA, it is necessary to give it a scan, and to sign and send only a new act of transfer and acceptance (Appendix №1 to the Agreement) and an updated list of employees eligible to confidential information (application number 2 to the Agreement).
After receiving the electronic version of the NDA and its acceptance by the Bank (possibly dop.zaprosov direction to the company to verify compliance with requirements), the company "09" in December 2019. It will be sent to the entire package of procurement documentation.
After that, the original NDA in two copies shall be sent to the Bank at the following address: Moscow, Efremova, 8 indicating "For UBKiZ. NDA. TP Contact Center "and the company name.
