Good afternoon!
PJSC "BANK URALSIB", announces the beginning of "October 13", 2022, of an open request for proposals for the selection of a supplier of comprehensive copy service of copying and printing equipment with the possibility of providing equipment for rent on one-time requests and maintenance of a basic workplace in offices without an IT employee for 36 months.

1. The Company must necessarily comply with all the requirements specified in paragraphs 1.6-1.7. of the Bank's Notice (attached).

2. Commercial offers must be issued in Russian, in accordance with the requirements listed in the Notice, the Terms of Reference, must be sent electronically as part of the relevant request on the electronic trading platform b2b-center.ru .

3. Technical requirements for the design of Forms for the Notification (acceptable formats):
- Form No. 3, Form No. 7 must be in Excel (editable) and scanned version signed and printed in PDF;
- Forms №1, №2, №4, №5, №6 be sure to have scanned versions signed and printed in PDF.
- Form No. 5 is accepted only with the marking of the consent/objection of the Participant (see the form).

4. The request for proposals is allowed to companies that have submitted applications drawn up according to the composition of documents and information in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 2 of the "Notification of the request for proposals".

5. Questions about the purchase are accepted through the form "Explanations" on the ETP "B2B-Center".

6. Proposals will be accepted until October 27, 2022, inclusive, until 13:00 Moscow time.

8. This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057 – 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Обоснование: Уважаемые участники, доводим до вашего сведения результаты проведения Открытого Запроса предложений № 3123546 по выбору поставщика комплексного покопийного обслуживания копировально-печатной техники с возможностью предоставления оборудования в аренду по разовым запросам и обслуживания базового рабочего места в офисах без сопровождения сотрудника ИТ в течении 36 месяцев.
Победителем настоящего запроса предложений признана компания ООО «С-ПРИНТ», в качестве резервного поставщика выбрана компания ООО "ПРИНТЭКО-СЕЙЛС".
