1. Questions on Call for Bidding are accepted through the "Explanation" form on the E-Marketplaces "B2B-Center".
2. Commercial offers must be executed in Russian, in accordance with the requirements listed in the Bid Notice (Annexes to the Bid Notice, Terms of Reference), must be sent electronically as part of the relevant request on the electronic trading platform b2b-center.ru .
3. Technical requirements for the design of Forms for the Bid Notice (acceptable formats):
- A table of technical and cost characteristics (Form No. 3 – Table No. 1, Table No. 2) must be in Excel (editable) and a scanned version signed and printed in PDF;
- Forms №1, №2, №4, №5, №6, be sure to have scanned versions signed and printed in PDF;
- Form No. 3, Table No. 1, Table No. 2 in two formats: scanned versions with signature and printing in PDF and editable excel format;
4. Companies that have submitted bids, drawn up according to the composition of documents and information in accordance with the requirements of clause 2 of the "Bid Notice on the request for Proposals", are allowed to request proposals.
