4. Technical requirements of the Bidder's paperwork (acceptable formats):
- All documents are provided in scanned form with signature and printing in PDF.
- Form No. 3, in addition to the scanned version, is necessarily provided in Excel format (with the possibility of editing).
- Form No. 5 is accepted only with a note of the Bidder's consent/objection (see form).
5. Companies that have submitted bids, drawn up according to the composition of documents and information in accordance with the requirements of the "Bid Notice on the request" (attached in the bid documentation), are allowed to request proposals.
6. This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
