Good afternoon!
PJSC "BANK URALSIB" announces the holding of April 29, 2022 An open request for proposals on choosing a supplier of partner technical support for the Fujitsu data storage system for 1 calendar year.

1. The Company must necessarily comply with all the requirements specified in paragraphs 1.6-1.7. of the Bank's Notice (attached).

2. Commercial offers must be made in Russian, in accordance with the requirements listed in the Notice, Appendix 1 to the Notice, must be sent electronically as part of the relevant request on the electronic trading platform b2b-center.ru .

3. Technical requirements for the design of Forms for the Notification (acceptable formats):
- Form No. 3 is required in Excel (editable) and a scanned version with signature and printing in PDF;
- Forms №1, №2, №4, №5, №6 be sure to have scanned versions signed and printed in PDF.

4. The request for proposals is allowed to companies that have submitted applications drawn up according to the composition of documents and information in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 2 of the "Notification of the request for proposals".

5. Questions about the purchase are accepted through the form "Explanations" on the ETP "B2B-Center".

7. This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057 – 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Банк намерен заключить договор с компанией ЗАО «КРОК инкорпорейтед» на условиях финального коммерческого предложения от 23.05.2022, на общую сумму 93 100,00 долларов США (с НДС 20%).
