Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

4. Технические требования оформления Форм к Извещению (допустимые форматы):
- Форма №3 обязательно в Excel (с возможностью редактирования) и сканированная версия с подписью и печатью в PDF;
- Формы №1, №2, №4, №5 и №6 обязательно сканированные версии с подписью и печатью в PDF.

5. К запросу предложений допускаются компании, предоставившие заявки, оформленные по составу документов и информации в соответствии с требованиями п.2 "Извещения о проведении запроса".

6. Данная процедура не является конкурсом, её проведение не регулируется статьями 447 – 449 части первой Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации. Данная процедура также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057 – 1061 части второй Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации. Таким образом, данная процедура не накладывает на Организатора соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств.
