4. Technical requirements for paperwork by the Participant (acceptable formats):
- All documents are provided in scanned form, signed and stamped in PDF.
- Form No. 3, in addition to the scanned version, must be provided in Excel format (with the possibility of editing).
- Form No. 5 is accepted only with the marking of the Participant's consent / objection (see the form).

5. Companies that have submitted bids drawn up according to the composition of documents and information in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice of the request" (attached in the procurement documentation) are allowed to the request for proposals.

6. This procedure is not a competition, its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057 - 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
