Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Dear Bidders!

1. Commercial offers must be executed in Russian, in accordance with the requirements listed in the Bid Notice (Annexes to the Bid Notice, Terms of Reference), must be sent electronically as part of the relevant request on the electronic trading platform b2b-center.ru .
2. Technical requirements for the design of Forms for the Bid Notice (acceptable formats):
- Form No. 3, Appendix No. 1 to Form No. 3 - necessarily in two Excel formats (editable) and a scanned version signed and printed in PDF;
- Forms №1, №2, №4, №5, №6, be sure to have scanned versions signed and printed in PDF;
- Form No. 5 is accepted only with a note of the Bidder's consent/objection (see the form).
3. Companies that have submitted bids, drawn up according to the composition of documents and information in accordance with the requirements of clause 2 of the "Bid Notice on the request for Proposals", are allowed to request proposals.
4. Questions on Call for Bidding are accepted through the "Explanation" form on the E-Marketplaces "B2B-Center".
5. Proposals will be accepted from February 20, 2024 to March 06, 2024.

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, is not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also does not impose on the Bank any civil obligations related to the conduct of the request for proposals procedure.
