2. Questions on the Technical task are taken through the form "Clarification" at the ETP "B2V-Center".

4. Technical requirements for the registration of documents by the Participant (valid formats):
- Forms №1-6, official letters of the company are provided in scanned form with signature and print in PDF.
- Form #3, in addition to the scanned version, MANDATORY is provided in Excel format (with the possibility of editing).

5. This Request is not and should not be considered by the participants in the Request as an offer to make an offer or an offer. The procedure for requesting proposals is not a contest, its conduct is not governed by articles 447 to 449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, is not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057—1065 part of the second Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also does not impose on the Bank any civil legal obligations related to the procedure of request for proposals.
