Dear participants,

2. Questions on the composition of the presented assignment are accepted through the "Clarifications" form on the ETP "B2B-Center".

4. Technical requirements for the registration of documents by the Participant (acceptable formats):
- All documents are provided in scanned form, signed and stamped in PDF.
- Form No. 3, in addition to the scanned version, must be provided in Excel format (with the possibility of editing).
- Form No. 5 is accepted only with the marking of the Participant's consent / objection (see the form).

5. Companies that have submitted bids, drawn up according to the composition of documents and information in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice of the request" (attached in the procurement documentation), are allowed to the request for proposals.

6. This procedure is not a competition, its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
