4. Technical requirements for registration of documents by the Participant (acceptable formats):
- All documents are provided in scanned form with signature and printed in PDF.
- Form No. 3, in addition to the scanned version, must be provided in Excel format (editable).
- Form No. 5 is accepted only with the marking of the consent/objection of the Participant (see the form).
5. The request for proposals is allowed to companies that have submitted applications drawn up according to the composition of documents and information in accordance with the requirements of the "Notification of the request" (attached in the procurement documentation).
6. This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057 – 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
