Initial maximum price:
RUB 2,000, excluding VAT - the cost of one man-hour for the following services:
• Installation of system software updates, elimination of failures and their consequences in the System
• Administration of System users and their powers
• Providing consultations to users of the System, creating and updating manuals and instructions for the System
• Making corrections and improvements to the System based on the technical requirements provided by the Customer
• Loading data from accounting systems and electronic document management systems
• Incident Service Systems
• Correction of errors found in the System settings.

The cost of services is determined based on the number of hours spent by the Contractor for the provision of services.
