Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment for the Services rendered is made with a delay of at least 60 and no more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) technical report.
If an agreement is concluded based on the results of a purchase with a small and medium-sized business, payment under the Agreement is established in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
