Payment terms:
Payment for the performed Works is made by the Customer upon completion of all the Works and acceptance by the Customer of the Work Result on the basis of the Works Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties, with a deferred payment of at least 60 and not more than 90 calendar days (in case the contract is concluded with SMSP, the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation) from the date of signing the Act of Acceptance of Works, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
- Certificate of Acceptance of Works signed by the Parties;
- Copy of the Waybill / Act / Register on acceptance and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of a full set of Documentation;
- original invoice;
- the original invoice issued on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of Works and transmitted to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of completion of the work,
- subject to the absence of claims and requirements on the part of the Customer regarding the quality and timing of the work performed.
