Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment of Products/Consignment of Products shall be made by the Buyer with a delay of payment of not less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties of the TORG-12) provided providing the Buyer with a complete set of documents for the payment of Products/Party of Products:
- Original of the consignment note (form TORG-12) for the Products signed by the Parties - 2 copies. ;
- Original invoice — 1 copy.

In case the contract is concluded with SMSP, the payment period is set in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
