Payment terms:Payment for the Products / Lot of Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties to TORG-12), provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for the Products / Lot of Products:
- Original consignment note (form TORG-12) for the Products signed by the Parties - 2 copies;
- Original invoice - 1 copy.

If the contract is concluded with the SMSP, then the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Обоснование: 1. Признать заявку ООО «Пермский завод энергетического машиностроения» соответствующей требованиям Закупочной документации.
2. Признать несостоявшимся открытый запрос предложений в электронной форме на право заключения договора на поставку продукции «Запчасти к насосам» для нужд Филиала «Удмуртский» ПАО «Т Плюс», на основании пункта 5.5.12. Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур (Приложение 2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс»).
3. Признать ООО «Пермский завод энергетического машиностроения» единственным участником открытого запроса предложений в электронной форме на право заключения договора на поставку продукции «Запчасти к насосам» для нужд Филиала «Удмуртский» ПАО «Т Плюс».
4. Заказчику (ПАО «Т Плюс») обеспечить заключение договора с единственным участником закупки ООО «Пермский завод энергетического машиностроения» на основании пункта 5.5.14. Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур (Приложение 2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс»).
