days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:

by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.

and selected the winner: "PIaTYI OKEAN" OOO – (Bidder 1) (Полянцев Г.М.) submitting a bid dated of 14.10.2020 11:46 totalling to 654 200,00 RUB (VAT free)
Обоснование: 1. Признать заявку ООО "ПЯТЫЙ ОКЕАН" соответствующей требованиям Закупочной документации и допустить к дальнейшему рассмотрению.
2. Признать несостоявшимся открытый запрос предложений в электронной форме на право заключения договора на оказание услуг «Техническое обслуживание кондиционеров ТЭЦ-1, ТЭЦ-2» для нужд Филиала «Удмуртский» ПАО «Т Плюс», на основании пункта 5.5.12. Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур (Приложение 2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс»).
3. Заказчику (ПАО «Т Плюс») обеспечить заключение договора с единственным участником закупки ООО "ПЯТЫЙ ОКЕАН".
