Payment for the Services rendered and accepted by the Customer is made within 30 calendar days * from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:

c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
* If an agreement is concluded based on the results of a purchase with a small and medium-sized enterprise, payment under this Agreement is carried out within 15 (fifteen) working days, in accordance with the decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation of 11.12.2014 No. 1352 and of 11.12.2014 No. No. 1352, dated 09/18/2019. No. 1205.
