Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract Price (of Works performed) is made by the Customer in the following order:
final settlement with a delay of at least 60 and no more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the work performed under the Work Order, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
- the acceptance certificate of the work performed (form No. KS-2 / Vn-KS-2), signed by the Parties;
- certificates on the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties;
- invoices;
- copies of the Order-order.
In case of concluding an agreement with a small and medium-sized business entity:
Payment for the performed Works (Stage of Works) is made by the Customer within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the Works (Stage of Works), subject to the provision of a complete set of documents to the Customer.

and selected the winner: "URALENERGOREMONT" AO – (Bidder 1) (Вагин И.И.) submitting a bid dated of 28.10.2020 11:52 totalling to 22 647 926,22 RUB (price incl. VAT)
Обоснование: 1. Признать заявку АО «УРАЛЭНЕРГОРЕМОНТ» соответствующей требованиям Закупочной документации.
2. Признать несостоявшимся открытый запрос предложений в электронной форме на право заключения договора на выполнение работ «Генерация. Текущий ремонт оборудования Ижевской ТЭЦ-2» для нужд Филиала «Удмуртский» ПАО «Т Плюс», на основании пункта 5.5.12. Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур (Приложение 2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс»).
3. Признать АО «УРАЛЭНЕРГОРЕМОНТ» единственным участником открытого запроса предложений в электронной форме на право заключения договора на выполнение работ «Генерация. Текущий ремонт оборудования Ижевской ТЭЦ-2» для нужд Филиала «Удмуртский» ПАО «Т Плюс».
4. Заказчику (ПАО «Т Плюс») обеспечить заключение договора с единственным участником закупки АО «УРАЛЭНЕРГОРЕМОНТ» на основании пункта 5.5.13. Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур (Приложение 2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс»).
