Payment terms:
Payment for the performed Works is made by the Customer upon completion of all Works and acceptance by the Customer of the Result of Works on the basis of the Works Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties, with a deferred payment of at least 60 and not more than 90 (if the contract is concluded with the SMS, the payment term is set in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation) calendar days from the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate of Works, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
- Works acceptance certificate, signed by the Parties;
- A copy of the Invoice / Act / Register of acceptance and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of Documentation;
- original invoice;
- the original invoice drawn up on the basis of the Work Acceptance Certificate and handed over to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of completion of the work (if applicable), provided that there are no claims and requirements from the Customer regarding the quality and timing of the Works performed.
