Payment terms:
Payment for the Products / Lot of Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties to TORG-12), provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for the Products / Lot of Products:
- Original consignment note (form TORG-12) for Products signed by the Parties - 2 copies;
- Original invoice - 1 copy.
If the contract is concluded with an SMSP, then the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Обоснование: Признать несостоявшимся открытый запрос предложений в электронной форме на право заключения договора на поставку продукции «Трубы бесшовные Д133» для нужд ООО «УКС», на основании пункта 5.5.12. Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур (Приложение 2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс»): «В случае если по окончании срока подачи заявок на участие в закупке подана только одна заявка на участие в закупке, не подана ни одна заявка на участие в закупке либо, если только один из участников, подавших заявки, признан участником закупки, либо по результатам рассмотрения заявок ни один из участников закупки и (или) поданные ими заявки не были признаны соответствующими требованиям документации о закупке закупочная процедура признается несостоявшейся»
