Признать несостоявшимся открытый запрос предложений в электронной форме на право заключения договора на оказание услуг «Приобретение ПО Энергосфера» для нужд Филиала «Удмуртский» ПАО «Т Плюс», на основании пункта 5.5.12. Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур (Приложение 2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс»).
2. Признать ООО «Прософт-Системы» единственным участником открытого запроса предложений в электронной форме на право заключения договора на оказание услуг «Приобретение ПО Энергосфера» для нужд Филиала «Удмуртский» ПАО «Т Плюс».
3. Заказчику обеспечить заключение договора с единственным участником закупки ООО «Прософт-Системы».
