Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract Price is made by the Customer upon the completion of all Works under the Agreement and the transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of the Work Result with a delay of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of Acceptance of the Completed Construction of the Object (form KS-14), subject to the Contractor's submission to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
- the Act of acceptance of work performed (form KS-2) signed by the Parties;
- a Certificate of the cost of work performed (form KS-3) signed by the Parties,
When completing the KS-3 form, the Contractor must include (in full compliance with the Consolidated Estimated Calculation) the following columns: "Serial number"; "Number of the Local Estimated Calculation"; "Name of work", columns should be arranged in ascending order.
- Copies of Acceptance Certificates for a complete set of Executive / Technical / Initial Permit (including permission to put the Facility into operation) documentation signed by the Parties

provided that there are no claims and requirements on the part of the Customer for the quality and timing of the work performed.
In case of concluding an agreement with the SME, it is stated as follows: "Payment of the Contract price is made by the Customer upon completion of all Works under the Agreement and the delivery by the Contractor to the Customer of the Work Result within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer signed and sent by the Contractor of the Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction of the Object (form KS-14) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor. The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. "
