Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Purchaser shall pay for the Products delivered in accordance with this Annex on the terms of deferred payment within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of actual receipt Products subject to the supplier providing invoices made in accordance with the requirements of the NK of the Russian Federation. At the same time, the shipping price of the Products is specified in the relevant Vendor invoices, but may not exceed the price specified in paragraph 1 of the Annex to the Agreement. The terms of this paragraph do not grant the Supplier the right to receive interest from the Buyer on the amount of the debt for the period of use of the money provided for in Article 317.1 of the Russian Civil Code.
In case of contracting with SMP, the price of the accepted Products shall be paid in the following order:

Признать Заявку ООО "Барс" несоответствующей отборочным требованиям Закупочной документации и отклонить на основании пункта 4.8.2.1. f) Закупочной документации.
2.Признать несостоявшимся открытый запрос предложений в электронной форме на право заключения договора на поставку продукции «Топливо дизельное энергетическое» для нужд Филиала «Удмуртский» ПАО «Т Плюс», на основании пункта 5.5.12. Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур (Приложение 2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс»).
