Payment terms:
Payment for the performed Works shall be made upon completion of all Works and acceptance by the Customer of the Result of Works on the basis of the Works Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties, within at least 60 and no more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing the Works Acceptance Certificate, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
ü Works acceptance certificate signed by the Parties;
ü original invoice;
ü the original invoice drawn up on the basis of the Work Acceptance Certificate and handed over to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of the work,
provided that there are no claims and requirements on the part of the Customer for the quality and timing of the work performed.
In case of concluding an agreement with the SME:
Payment for the Works performed is made by the Customer upon completion of all Works under the Contract and the Contractor transferring the Results of the Works under the Contract to the Customer within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Works Acceptance Certificate signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor. The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

Обоснование: 1. Признать несостоявшимся открытый запрос предложений в электронной форме на право заключения договора на выполнение работ «ПИР. Стр-во ТС к МКД со встроенными коммерческими помещениями по ул. Тверская» для нужд Филиала «Удмуртский» ПАО «Т Плюс», на основании пункта 5.5.12. Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур (Приложение 2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс»).
2. Признать ООО «ЭТАЛОН ПРОЕКТ» единственным участником открытого запроса предложений в электронной форме на право заключения договора на выполнение работ «ПИР. Стр-во ТС к МКД со встроенными коммерческими помещениями по ул. Тверская» для нужд Филиала «Удмуртский» ПАО «Т Плюс».
