Payment terms:
Payment for the Services rendered is made in the following order:
a) the final payment for the services provided, with a delay of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
b) accounts;
c) certificate of delivery and acceptance of services rendered / Stage of services, signed by the Parties;
d) invoices,
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of conclusion of the Agreement with the SME, it is stated in the following wording:
The final payment for the Services rendered is made within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer signed and sent by the Contractor of the acceptance certificate for the Services rendered on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or other agreed parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation. The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
