Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The payment for the Services rendered is made in the following order:
a) final payment for the Services rendered with a delay of at least 60 and no more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services rendered, subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) the act of delivery and acceptance of services rendered;
b) invoices,
by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
In case of conclusion of an Agreement with the SMSP , it is stated in the following wording:
the final payment for the Services rendered is made within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of acceptance of the Services Rendered signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account or by other agreed parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.

Обоснование: 1. Конкурентная закупка признана несостоявшейся в связи с тем, что на участие в закупке подана только одна заявка.
2. Признать ООО «ЕЭС-Гарант» единственным участником открытого запроса предложений в электронной форме на право заключения договора на оказание услуг «Обслуживание УУ тепловой энергии» для нужд Филиала «Удмуртский» ПАО «Т Плюс».
3. Заказчику обеспечить заключение договора с единственным участником закупки ООО «ЕЭС-Гарант».
