Payment terms:
The payment for the Services rendered is made with a delay of at least 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) technical report.

In case of conclusion of an Agreement with the SMSP, it is set out in the following wording::
the final payment for the rendered Services is made within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered Services signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other methods agreed by the parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring promissory notes, etc.

and selected the winner: "GAZPROEKT-DKR" OOO – (Bidder 1) (Гуревич Е.Н.) submitting a bid dated of 02.02.2024 16:34 totalling to 8 449 608,00 RUB (price incl. VAT)
Обоснование: 1. Конкурентная закупка признана несостоявшейся в связи с тем, что на участие в закупке подана только одна заявка.
2. Признать ООО «Газпроект-ДКР» единственным участником открытого запроса предложений в электронной форме на право заключения договора на оказание услуг «Внутритрубная диагностика трубопровода» для нужд Филиала «Удмуртский» ПАО «Т Плюс».
3. Заказчику, перед заключением договора провести преддоговорные переговоры с ООО «Газпроект-ДКР», в т.ч. по снижению цены, представленной в заявке на основании подпункта з. пункта 3.3.1. и пункта 5.5.14 Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур (Приложение 2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс»). Договор заключить в соответствии с результатами преддоговорных переговоров без дополнительного вынесения на рассмотрение и утверждение ЗК Филиала «Удмуртский» ПАО «Т Плюс», в соответствии с пунктом 5.9.7. Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур (Приложение 2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс»).
4. Заказчику обеспечить заключение договора с единственным участником закупки ООО «Газпроект-ДКР» на основании пункта 5.5.14. Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур (Приложение 2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс»)
