Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The payment for the Services rendered is made in the following order:
1. Final settlement for the rendered Stage of services (Diagnostics), with a delay of at least 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered services, subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) invoices;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the Stage of services, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring promissory notes, etc.
In case of conclusion of an Agreement with the MSP, this clause is set out in the following wording:
the final payment for the rendered Stage of services (Diagnostics) is made within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of the Stage of Services signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or other agreed parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring promissory notes, etc.
The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
2. The Organizer has announced the results on 01.03.2024 at 14:35
and selected the winner: "Vzlet-Izhevsk" ZAO – (Bidder 1) (Несмеянкина О.А.) submitting a bid dated of 09.02.2024 13:04 totalling to 4 418 408,20 RUB (price incl. VAT)
Обоснование: 1. Признать заявку ЗАО «Взлет-Ижевск» соответствующей требованиям Документации.
2. Признать несостоявшимся открытый запрос предложений в электронной форме на право заключения договора на оказание услуг «Обслуживание УУТЭ потребителям» для нужд Филиала «Удмуртский» ПАО «Т Плюс», на основании пункта 5.5.13. Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур (Приложение 2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс»).
3. Конкурентная закупка признана несостоявшейся в связи с тем, что на участие в закупке подана только одна заявка.
4. Признать ЗАО «Взлет-Ижевск» единственным участником открытого запроса предложений в электронной форме на право заключения договора на оказание услуг «Обслуживание УУТЭ потребителям» для нужд Филиала «Удмуртский» ПАО «Т Плюс».
5. Заказчику перед заключением договора провести преддоговорные переговоры с ЗАО «Взлет-Ижевск», в том числе по снижению цены, представленной в заявке, на основании подпункта з. пункта 3.3.1. и пункта 5.5.14 Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур (Приложение 2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс»).
6. Заказчику обеспечить заключение договора с единственным участником закупки ЗАО «Взлет-Ижевск» на основании пункта 5.5.14. Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур (Приложение 2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс»).
