The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.

Payment terms:the customer shall transfer to the contractor a prepayment of 50% of the value of the works under this contract for a period of 5 (five) banking days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Final payment for the work performed is made by the customer within 5 (five) banking days from the date of signing of the Act of acceptance of works by both sides without comment and the provision of Contractor invoices drawn up in the prescribed basis, taking into account deduction of previously listed amounts prepaid.
Delivery terms:work execution is performed within 60 (sixty) days from the date of signature of the contract by both parties.
