Payment terms:the customer makes payment to the Contractor for the actual amount of work performed within 5 (five) banking days from the moment of signing by the parties of the Act of acceptance of the executed works in the form of COP-2 and value of the work done under the form of COP-3 in accordance with clause. 3.15.
Final payment for the work performed under the contract shall be made by the customer within 5 (five) banking upon completion of all works by providing documents specified in clause 3.15 3.16 the contract and acceptance of the results of work performed on the basis of Act acceptance of the result of the executed works and drawn up in accordance with the established procedure an act of OC-3 according to paragraph 9.3, subject to deduction of the amounts actually listed early decorated work on COP-3
Delivery terms:work execution is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of signing the contract by the two parties, in accordance with the application to participate in the request for proposals.
