Dear Bidders,
BRT JSC conducts a competitive procedure in an open form, and therefore asks you to submit your proposals for the purchase of products on the following terms.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from the competition.
Conclusion of a model contract in the editorial office of JSC "BRT" also, JSC "BRT" reserves the right not to recognize any of the Bidders as the winner.
Payment terms - 100% prepayment.
Loading and removal by the counterparty.

We draw your attention to the fact that this implementation procedure is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or terminate the procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
