Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Contract fixes the start and end dates of the work, and within 14 working days after signing the Contract, the Partner prepares a detailed calendar GPR and a final estimate.

Comments:
Before submitting the proposal, the Bidder is recommended to make a trip to the facility to inspect the structures and existing infrastructure, clarify all sizes. All difficulties in the production of works related to the limited transport routes, restrictions on the use of lifting mechanisms (elevators), time limits for "noisy" work should be taken into account in the Bidder's commercial offer.
- On-site inspection of all sizes is performed by the Bidder when visiting the facility and before submitting a commercial offer. Further adjustment of these volumes in the direction of increase is unacceptable.
The time and date of the visit are agreed with the Customer.
