Payment terms:Оплата за поставленную продукцию производится в течение 30 банковских дней с момента получения каждой партии продукции, на основании выставленных счетов-фактур и подписанных товарных накладных.
Delivery terms:Начало выполнения поставок - с даты заключения договора.
Окончание выполнения поставок в течение 300 календарных дней с даты заключения договора. Поставка продукции осуществляется партиями, транспортом поставщика до места поставки на основании письменных заявок, подаваемых Покупателем не позднее, чем за 20 дней до начала поставки, в которых указывается количество, сроки поставки и реквизиты грузополучателя в рамках обоюдно утвержденного договора. Планируемое количество партий не более 4 (четырех).
