Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Customer's payment under the agreement shall be made with allowed extension of term of payment by max. 30 (thirty) calendar days after the goods are actually received upon the condition that the Supplier provides the invoices duly executed in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Settlement of accounts under the agreement shall be done by monetary funds, other forms of settlement of accounts that do not contradict with the Law of the Russian Federation are allowed, including by means of transferring the bills, etc. When transferring the funds the Buyer's obligations to pay for the Goods shall be considered as fulfilled on the day of debiting of monetary funds from the Buyer's settlement account.
