Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Оплата по договору производится с отсрочкой платежа не менее 30 и не более 60 календарных дней с момента подписания первичных учетных документов при условии предоставления Поставщиком оформленных в соответствии с требованиями НК РФ счетов-фактур. Расчеты по договору производятся денежными средствами, а так же могут иметь иную форму, не противоречащую законодательству РФ, в том числе путем передачи векселей и пр.
