Расчеты по договору производятся денежными средствами, а также могут иметь иную форму расчетов,не противоречащую законодательству РФ, в том числе путем передачи векселей и пр. При перечислении денежных средств обязательства Покупателя по оплате считаются исполненными в дату списания денежных средств в счет оплаты с расчетного счета Покупателя.
