Если Ваше предложение заинтересует Заказчика, в целях заключения договора Вам необходимо представить следующий пакет документов:
- бухгалтерский баланс за отчетный период 2010 г.;
- заверенные надлежащим образом копии учредительных документов (устав, свидетельство о постановке на учет в налоговом органе, свидетельство о внесении в единый государственный реестр юр. лиц и др.);
- выписку из ЕГРЮЛ сроком выдачи не ранее 1 месяца до даты подписания договора;
- иные документы по требованию Заказчика.
Организатор вправе отказаться от всех полученных предложений или прекратить процедуру запроса цен в любой момент без объяснения причин.
Настоящее уведомление не является извещением о проведении конкурса и не имеет соответствующих правовых последствий.
