Comments: any legal, physical person, including an individual entrepreneur, registered on the ETP of PJSC "Rosnets" as a participant of the given system, i.e. having concluded the corresponding contract with the operator of the system in accordance with the rules, conditions and procedure of registration of the system of PJSC "Rosnets" (www.b2b-mrsk.ru).

Before final determination of the winner the organizer has the right to demand from any participant to confirm its compliance with qualification requirements. Confirmation of eligibility of the participant is carried out according to the criteria specified in the procurement documentation. Confirmation of eligibility of the participant can be carried out both by all criteria and selectively. The refusal of the participant from this procedure may be considered by the Purchasing Commission as providing knowingly false information. A non-compliant participant's application will be rejected.
