Payment terms:
Payment of products/consignment is made by the buyer with deferred payment of not less than 30 (thirty) and not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of delivery of products (the date of signing by the parties Torg-12/UPD) provided that the buyer Complete set of documents for payment of products/consignment:
- Original consignment note (Form Torg-12)/UPD for products signed by the parties – 2 copies;

Delivery terms:
1. The products shall be marked and packaged in a package that ensures the safety of the products during transportation and storage, according to Gost, Tu, OST

3.delivery is carried out by means of shipment of products by mobile transport by forces and at the expense of the supplier, respectively, to the warehouse of consignee.
4. The volume of delivery is preliminary and is specified by the customer on the current requirement.

6. The customer has the right to refuse acceptance of the products according to the agreed specification, if delivery on it is overdue more than for fifteen calendar days.
