2. Датой оплаты считается дата списания денежных средств со счёта Покупателя.
3. В течение 5 дней после приемки-передачи продукции Продавец обязуется передать Покупателю счет-фактуру, оформленную в соответствии с ч. 5 и 6 ст. 169 НК РФ, а также в соответствии с Постановлением Правительства РФ от 02.12.2000 г. № 914.
